Robert Scheifele is a lawyer and an accountant with more than 17 years of combined experience. He has joined Rogerson Law to assist clients with challenging tax litigation matters. Robert uses his dual professional designations to efficiently and effectively find litigation solutions for his clients.
Robert assists clients with a wide variety of tax litigation matters including:

Robert is also experienced in estate litigation, commercial litigation (business and contractual disputes), collections, construction litigation, estate planning, and employment and family law.
Robert has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and has also appeared at various tribunals on behalf of clients.
Robert obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph in 1995 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1998. Robert was called to the Albert Bar in 2000 and to the Ontario Bar in 2001. Robert received his CPA, CA designation in 2016.
Robert enjoys running marathons and cycling. In 2018, he qualified for and completed the Boston Marathon.
